I have served both as secretary of the Province and as president of the local council.

I combined my expertise in neuropsychology, interculturalism, and sustainable tourism to create programmes that promote the holistic development of individuals and communities. The project was developed at the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).

To carry out this task, it was essential to have a thorough understanding of Sena's training programmes and the ability to adapt the training to the needs of different audiences.
Impact
The implementation of this project had a significant impact on improving the quality of the training delivered by Sena. An effective update of the knowledge and skills of both apprentices and instructors was achieved. Furthermore, the use of technology in the learning process was successfully promoted, which contributed to modernising and optimising the educational experience."

The implementation of this project generated a significant positive impact on improving the quality of tourism services offered by the Ecotourism Lodges of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. A notable strengthening of the capabilities of tourism professionals was achieved, which in turn contributed to the development and growth of the tourism sector in the region.
